We develop smart DC systems for Electric Vehical charging on a infrastructural level. An EV charger that works on DC and connected to a smart DC microgrid. This is a solution to the problem we are facing of a congestion
in the traditional AC grid.
The smart DC system works on our invention of the Current/OS which is the operating system that controls safety and the system through our Current Router.
We provide DC systems on a infrastructural level. Our focus areas are: DC safety, efficiency, controllability, and savings on energy and raw material.
The costs for a DC grid is substantially lower than the Current AC grids. Besides reducing the costs for the electricity grid, balancing the energy bill is also further reduced here, especially in combination with storage. The energy storage in DC grids are much smaller than in the current AC grids. All these advantages apply to end users as well as to the operators of electricity grids. The lower social cost allows for a faster energy transition into a sustainable society.
